The rules of taxation will also be covered in their relevant context. Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for this course.

This course is most suitable for those with qualification as a lawyer in another jurisdiction or as a barrister in England and Wales looking to cross qualify but if you have studied law before and have extensive practice experience as a paralegal you may be suitable for this course.
