University tells students "We're focusing on your safety, so you can focus on your studies" as UK campuses set to open in September.

The University of Law has guaranteed students that they will be able to commence or continue their studies in September 2020.

ULaw will open their campuses with a range of safety measures, stressing that student safety is their top priority. Thermographic cameras will be installed to allow ULaw to do temperature checks on arrival to campus. Additionally, there will be clear social distancing markers on the floors, Perspex screens in key areas, sanitiser stations, enhanced cleaning, wipes and cleaning products available at shared services such as printers, and one-way systems where possible.

In the event where a campus cannot open, courses and programmes will be delivered via online streaming. Students will also have the option to opt into online streaming or blended learning programmes in their first semester if they cannot travel to campus due to health concerns or travel restrictions, for example.

ULaw have been able to continue to deliver their programmes throughout the coronavirus pandemic online on their platform Collaborate, which combines pre-recorded materials with live workshops.
