Our Training Contract offers an exceptional mix of early client contact, expert supervision and broad sector experience all within a team and firm that is refreshingly human. You will be working with and learning from people who are experts in their area, and keen to help you progress. Over the course of four seats, you can gain experience across our seven core sectors. Plus, we have a Virtual Trainee programme which offers you the chance to work with a client virtually. And you’ll be part of a firm that is seriously ambitious, but also seriously friendly.

Our Trainee Solicitors work across three of our main offices; Bristol, Southampton and Exeter. You will choose one location as your base office and have the potential to travel to the other offices to broaden your experience in different seats and client secondment opportunities.
