Applications for our Legal Apprenticeship are now open, for a September 2025 start.

Our two year paralegal apprenticeship is aimed at those that have completed A Levels or equivalent studies. The apprenticeship offers an introduction to the fundamentals of legal practice and provides a combination of learning and working within one of our legal teams, to build your knowledge and the skills required to work as a Litigation Assistant at Kennedys.

You will be able to earn a salary and gain a qualification at the same time with the opportunity to study toward a Level 4 Certificate of Higher Education in Legal Services, which is equivalent to the first year of a law undergraduate degree.

In addition to a dedicated supervisor at Kennedys, you will have a personal tutor and student manager at BPP, to ensure that you have all the support you need at work and with your studies.

Kennedys' Fraud Team advise on cross-client organised and complex fraud investigations. The team's work includes managing and coordinating litigation, investigation strategies and individual interests for clients whilst working with industry bodies, such as the Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB), regulators and the police. The Fraud Team builds counter fraud strategies to detect and challenge fraudulent claims, ensuring best practice, effective process and measures to deter and prevent fraud.
