We recently hosted two Mid-level Associate Conferences in London and Chicago, bringing together associates from our US, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore offices. The event provided an opportunity for associates to connect with colleagues and build lasting relationships that will foster trust and collaboration in the future. The theme for this year’s conference was ‘Building Your Future,’ and focused on developing the skills that are essential for success as an associate at BCLP, with a range of speakers including senior firm leaders, clients and external professionals sharing their experiences and insights.

After completing the Vacation Scheme, we presented each new BCLP trainee with a personalized film. This is their retrospective.
