Funding Options at BPP University Law School
£1.4m+ of dedicated funds awarded solely to applicants of BPP’s postgraduate law courses*
*For the 2024-25 academic year
We’re committed to supporting the brightest future talent from all backgrounds, which is why BPP has a strong commitment to help widen participation into the law and other professions. Consequently, a significant proportion of our scholarships fund is awarded to students from backgrounds which have been traditionally under-represented.
We offer a range of full and partial fee awards that can help make your career ambitions a reality. To make the process simpler for you, we operate a single ‘one application’ process for our main scholarships*.
*Apart from the BTC Advocacy Scholarship and external scholarships.
To apply, you must meet ALL of the following minimum criteria:
- You must have submitted an application to study at BPP University;
- You must have applied for a scholarship by the relevant deadline stated below;
- To be considered for the Career Commitment Scholarship, the list price of the course you have applied for must be at least £9,500;
- You must have achieved a minimum of a 2:1 degree result or equivalent (or 2:2 with evidence of mitigating circumstances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis);
- You must not hold full fees sponsorship for the course from elsewhere (e.g. an employer or one of the Inns of Court)
Please note, scholarships are only available to new students enrolling onto a course, and are not applicable for those who are already studying on programme.
A student may not hold more than one scholarship. Where a student is awarded more than one scholarship, only the higher/highest in value will prevail. However, this does not prevent any eligible student applying for a Career Commitment Scholarship if they wish to be considered for a full fee scholarship from BPP.
- In your application you will be asked to demonstrate evidence of your suitability while we assess your application against the relevant scholarship criteria.
