Stage One
Firstly, you will be required to complete an online application form, where you will submit your personal details, education and employment history. You will also answer some additional questions which will give you the opportunity to explain why you are interested in Burges Salmon and demonstrate what you know about the firm.
Stage Two
If you make it the next stage, you will complete two psychometric tests: a Situational Judgement Test (SJT) and a Verbal Reasoning Test.
Stage Three
Finally, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre. Here you will complete a group exercise, a written exercise and a Watson Glaser critical thinking test. You will also have an interview with a senior lawyer, director or partner.
