Hogan Lovells Tops M&A Deals Rankings

The City law firms Hogan Lovells advised on the deals of the highest total value for 2013 compared to all other UK firms, as reported in the Law Society Gazette.
The statistics were compiled from the Thomson Reuters Legal Advisors’ annual M&A review. The firm held a global market share for M&A deals of 9% last year.
This places the firm in ninth position for global rankings on M&A deals. Slaughter and May were also hot on their heels, taking tenth position with a market share of 8.6% for M&A deals in 2013.
