North West Firm Launches ‘Next-day’ Training Contracts

The Bolton based firm Asons is breaking the mould of the two-year wait between obtaining a training contract and beginning training by offering the opportunity for selected LPC graduates to start on the very next working day if they choose to do so.
The firm, which specialises in personal injury and negligence, has announced it will offer their successful training contract applicants the chance to turn the clock forwards and get started almost immediately on the final stage of their legal training. The firm is aiming to recruit 12 trainees across 2014; three of these have already been found and are getting stuck into their two-year training period.
The firm commented: “Historically, many firms look to fill training places two years in advance, with students encouraged to apply during the final term of the second year of their law degree. Asons Solicitors have chosen to break tradition, offering those who are successful the chance to begin their training contract the very next working day.”
