Top Law Firms Announce Strong Trainee Retention Rates

This month sees a number of the UK’s biggest law firms announce high retention rates for their spring 2014 qualifying trainees.
Ashurst, Nabarro, Berwin Leighton Paisner and Olswang will all keep on at least 89% of their trainees who are due to qualify this spring.
Nabarro will keep on 100% of this year’s qualifiers (eight in all); as will Olswang. Ashurst will retain 96%, whilst Berwin Leighton Paisner will keep on 89% and Herbert Smith Freehills announce a retention rate of 90%.
The majority of 2014 spring qualifiers at these firms will join various departments within their London offices.
