Training Contract

In recruiting trainee solicitors, Gordons are looking to select partners of the future. The firm take on 4 trainees each year and are currently recruiting for their September 2027 intake. 

Gordons offer a broad-based training which gives early and increasing responsibility in a supportive environment. In addition to their departmental supervisors, trainees are allocated a senior mentor for the duration of their training contract to support their personal development and help them navigate their career. Their trainees get involved in client work straight away, contributing to the firm’s success, and alongside their seats are actively encouraged to get involved in marketing, networking, training and other events hosted by the firm and clients.

Vacation Scheme

Gordons run a summer vacation scheme in June as part of their trainee recruitment process, which is a great opportunity for them to get to know you better, and for you to learn more about the firm and culture.
