Training Contracts

Paul Hastings offer an extensive and instructive training programme for their trainees, spending six months in four practice areas with opportunities for a client secondments.

Trainees are supported throughout the training period by an associate mentor and their Talent Management Team. They are encouraged to engage with Firm programmes and initiatives including charity and fundraising events, and affinity networks that promote diversity and inclusion.
