Stephenson Harwood Application Process
Before you apply to Stephenson Harwood, you should become familiar with their application process.
Stage one
The first step of the application is to complete an application form, which asks questions about your academic background and motivation for becoming a lawyer. The firm use RARE contextual recruitment, which aims to consider your academic background in light of your personal history.
Stage two
Successful candidates will progress to the next stage, which is a critical reasoning test, followed by an interview with HR. After this, successful candidates will complete an online written case study.
Stage three
If you applied for a vacation scheme and are successful, you will be automatically considered for a training contract and will not have to reapply. You will attend a formal assessment day during the scheme.
