How may trainees does the firm recruit per year?
Winston typically hires two to three trainees each year, with most offers made through the vacation scheme.
What does the training contract involve?
Trainees complete four six-month seats, each offering hands-on legal work and supervision from experienced partners or associates.
What seat options are available?
Seats currently include Corporate, Finance, Commercial Litigation, International Arbitration, EU Antitrust/Competition, Financial Services Regulatory, and Real Estate Finance.
Who can apply for the vacation scheme?
Applications are open to postgraduates and graduates planning to start a training contract in 2–3 years. The scheme usually takes place in June.
