A source close to excommunicated One Direction star, Zayn Malik, has revealed that the 22-year-old Brit is to convert to law.
It’s understood that Zayn left the world’s biggest boy band, not to pursue a solo career in music, but to actually follow his childhood dream of becoming a lawyer.
An insider exclusively told AllAboutLaw.co.uk, “Zayn has always desired a career in the legal industry. He didn’t leave One Direction because he wanted to be a ‘normal 22-year-old’, he left because he wants to make partner at a top City law firm. This has always been his dream, and now, for Zayn, it can become a reality.”
Malik made his mark in a training contract interview earlier this year, and the City firm who has lined him up has waived the fact Malik never attended university, such was his enthusiasm and knowledge of the commercial world.
He’s now set to start the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) in September, and will start his job in the City in September 2017.
