Aspiring solicitors and Hogan Lovells work together to make the legal profession more accessible from under-represented groups and low socio-economic background through events, open days, competitions, work experience and mentoring. 

Contextual Recruitment System: 

Since 2015, Hogan Lovells have worked with Rare Recruitment to embed their Contextual Recruitment System tool into the firm’s graduate recruitment process. This tool helps them to make opportunities accessible to as wide a group as possible. 

MyPlus: 

Since 2011, Hogan Lovells have collaborated with MyPlus on their ‘’Explore the Law’’ annual event, comprising of panels, workshops, skills sessions and networking sessions for students with a disability or health condition. 

Rare Recruitment: 

Hogan Lovells partners with Rare Recruitment to reach out to talented Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority students and those from background of low social mobility through their insight events and award-winning content. Hogan Lovells were also a founding firm when Rare Recruitment developed. 

The Sutton Trust: 

Hogan Lovells is a founding sponsor of the Pathways to Law and the Pathways to Law Plus programmes that offer work experience and learning opportunities to sixth form and university students who are the first in their family to go to university.
