The firm is keen to recruit ambitious, globally-minded trainees who can work across borders and cultures. Aside from academic requirements, personal attributes are also important, with the firm looking for trainees with a drive to succeed, a client-focused attitude, and a team-driven approach to working.
With offices in 30 countries, White & Case's lawyers are incredibly diverse, and the firm is keen to celebrate these differences. Diversity initiatives include "The Global Women's Initiative," which encourages equal access for women to partnership and leadership roles, and regular activity programs such as Pride and Black History Month celebrations to celebrate colleagues of all backgrounds.
