Each year Milbank plans a thought-provoking and informative programme of seminars plus providing active support to colleagues. The firm holds an annual Diversity Week focusing on their different networks at the firm by partnering with relevant external organisations. Membership of the London staff network groups is drawn from across the London office comprising members of those communities and their allies.
Milbank’s network groups provide a forum for their people, clients, and experts to exchange ideas on increasing diversity in the profession, offer success stories and challenge assumptions.
