Sustainability at RPC
RPC is passionate about improving sustainability, and reducing their carbon footprint. They recently joined the Sustainable Recruitment Alliance, which encourages the recruitment industry to recruit new talent in a more sustainable way. This will be done by: modifying their own processes to be more carbon-friendly, reducing physical branding materials, limiting travel to recruitment events, reporting annually on their progress and publishing the environmental impact of their work.
The firm has also introduced a number of personal initiatives aimed at improving environmental sustainability. In 2006, the firm moved to Tower Bridge House, a state of the art building designed with environmental sustainability in mind. Then, to offset the move and future CO2 emissions they planted 10,735 trees in Leicestershire. RPC is also a part of the Ride2Work scheme, which allows employees who cycle to work to buy a tax-free bicycle.
