There is no specific 'Trowers type', but trainees should be open to innovation and collaboration, both with each other and with clients. Trainees may also have the opportunity to spend time in one of the firm's Middle East/Far East Offices.

Academic requirements
2:1 at university and ABB at A level – however there's no automatic filter on their application system. Your application will be reviewed by a member of the graduate recruitment team. If you haven't achieved the minimum requirements, Trowers will still review your application; however they would expect to see a strong application in all other areas in order to reach the next stage. The firm also take into account mitigating circumstances and use a contextualised recruitment tool to help understand your achievements in context.
